Most of our packages need to arrive at the local logistics facility before tracking information becomes available. This typically takes up to 7 business days.

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipment from our warehouse.
We begin processing within 48 hours, and once the order is shipped, tracking information will be available online within 7 days. This means your tracking details will usually be accessible within 7–9 days after placing the order.

For deliveries to the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Poland, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Ireland, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, and Mexico, 99% of our shipments are handled by local high-quality logistics providers and can be tracked via 17track.net. Delivery typically takes 5–14 business days.

For all other countries, 95% of our packages are shipped via China Post, with a delivery time of approximately 8–18 business days.
